Please furnish your proof of purchase and supporting photos (if applicable) so that we can understand your case better and assist accordingly! Returned item must be unused/uninstalled in the original packaging and in the same condition that was dispatched. Any exchange of items is subjected to approval and stock availability.

If you are not totally pleased with your EQP purchase upon receipt, you can notify us and return the items within 3 days from stipulated date of delivery together with proof of purchase, to be eligible for an exchange. Returned item must be unused/uninstalled in the original packaging and in the same condition that was dispatched. Any exchange of items is subjected to approval and stock availability.
Equipoise Living (EQP) reserves the right to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
Please also note that the above policies are not applicable to gift-cards, showroom items from “something (not so) old” collection, original shipping charges and return postage. All gift-cards and clearance items sold are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days upon submission of your case. Once approved, it may take the Bank approximately 10-14 working days to credit the amount back to your payment account/credit card. Original shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your requested exchange within 5 working days upon submission of your case. The new exchange item will be posted 3-5 working days after physical receipt and verification of the original purchase.
